Instant Hot Water
Wouldn’t you love to turn on your sink or shower and immediately have hot water? You wouldn’t have to wait the average 30-60 seconds for the water to finally heat up. You wouldn’t have to waste thousands of gallons of water simply waiting for the water to heat up. Quality First Plumbing offers a solution that will pay for itself and will help you to conserve water.
When you install a simple-to-install hot water circulation system, you will benefit from these advantages:
- Instant hot water at any location in your home
- Saving thousands of gallons of water each year
- No need for an expensive new system. Our circulation system installs directly to existing hot water systems, which means you will avoid the cost of a total water heater replacement.
- Virtually silent operation- you won’t have to sacrifice the peace and quiet of your home in order to have the comfort of instant hot water.
How the system works:
A water circulation system utilizes an inline pump. This pump keeps hot water in the hot water pipe. Additionally, a specially designed thermostat with a timer is placed underneath a sink located on the opposite side of the house as the water heater. This thermostat allows cooling water to reenter the cold water pipes. When this occurs, hot water will replace the released cold water in the pipes, which means when you turn on the sink and that hot water will be the first to come out.
